Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapy license in Nebraska
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant post-graduation experience in a hospital setting (candidates with 6 months of experience may be considered)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for hospital patients
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to maximize patient outcomes and safety
• Collaborate with medical staff, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in patient and family education regarding therapy goals and home exercises
• Monitor and report on patients progress, adapting plans as necessary to ensure optimal rehabilitation
• Uphold all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
