Qualifications:

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Knowledge of best practices in therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and patient safety in an inpatient setting
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create effective care plans

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine therapy needs and set achievable treatment goals
• Develop and carry out individualized physical therapy interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home care plans
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as required
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to all hospital and regulatory policies to ensure high standards of patient care
