Youll broaden your professional horizons by working with a diverse caseload in both inpatient and outpatient settings, treating a range of diagnoses including neurological, orthopedic, and wound care patients. Collaborate with a dedicated PT/OT/ST team, gaining exposure to rural healthcare practices and patient care models that will enrich your resume. Schedule/Hours:
- Days: 5x8-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed weekly)
- Option for 4 shifts of 910 hours if preferred
- Weekend hours: Not required
- On-call: As required by facility
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Comfortable treating both inpatient and outpatient populations
- Experience with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses
- Willingness to float and adapt as needed
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR (preferred, but not required)
- Must provide own black scrubs
Responsibilities:
- Complete PT evaluations and develop treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for both inpatient and outpatient clients
- Participate actively with the interdisciplinary care team (PT/OT/ST)
- Provide wound care as necessary
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues
