As a Physical Therapist working in a hospital setting, you will be exposed to a wide range of patient conditions, expand your skillset in various therapeutic techniques, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams who utilize different care models and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

• 36-hour guarantee per week available in qualifying situations, based on productivity and visit completion
• Weekend coverage and occasional travel outside of core areas may be required

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
• Current TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), annual flu vaccination, drug screen, and physical (as required)

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assessments, treatments, and evaluations within hospital and home health settings
• Complete documentation and communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Manage a dynamic caseload throughout Oakland and surrounding communities, ensuring excellent standards of patient care
• Willingness and flexibility to work weekends and travel to various neighborhoods as required
