This travel role provides a chance to expand your resume by working across multiple communities, enhancing your adaptability as you support patients at various stages of care. Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours guaranteed with minimum productivity requirements (for guarantee roles)
- Weekend coverage may be required
- Occasional travel outside home territory for full caseload
Desired Qualifications:
- Current California Physical Therapist License
- BLS certification
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
- TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDap (within 10 years), annual Flu shot
- Successful drug screen and physical
- Flexibility to travel within specified counties and occasionally beyond
- Willingness to care for COVID+ and PUI patients as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered physical therapy across home health and hospital settings
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and document all visits accurately
- Travel to patient homes throughout assigned counties
- Communicate regularly with healthcare teams, patients, and families
- Meet daily/weekly productivity requirements as outlined

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.06 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
