This travel position takes you throughout notable Bay Area communities, such as Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Vallejo, and beyond. Travel outside your assigned territory may occasionally be necessary to maintain a full caseload and meet patient needs. Professional flexibility and adaptability are key, as youll work alongside talented interdisciplinary teams and encounter a range of patient populations.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Productivity expectation: At least 27 points per week (equivalent to 36 hours guaranteed, depending on assignment)
  • Flexibility for some weekend coverage
  • Willingness to travel outside the area if needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Active California Physical Therapist license
  • BLS certification
  • Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
  • Annual TB test, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap (within 10 years), annual flu vaccination, drug screen, physical exam
  • Ability to evaluate and care for both routine and complex patients (including COVID positive and PUI cases where required)
  • Organizational skills for timely documentation and communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide direct therapy in a home health and hospital context
  • Complete required documentation and coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
  • Travel across multiple assigned territories and handle occasional weekend shifts
  • Maintain strong patient relationships and uphold high clinical standards

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.06 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
