Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 5 x 8-hour shifts
• Rotating every other Saturday
• Weekend, holiday, floating, and on-call duties as determined by department needs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active PT license and BLS certification required
• Hospital-based and/or home health PT experience preferred
• Adaptability and proficiency in independently managing varied caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations, identifying functional strengths and barriers
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, addressing patients holistic needs
• Maintain thorough documentation aligned with regulatory and professional standards
• Effectively communicate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care
• Flexibly respond to changing schedules, caseloads, and departmental requirements
