In this rewarding role, youll gain exposure to home health and rehabilitation within a hospital setting. You'll work alongside experienced leaders and observe a range of therapy approaches, expanding your repertoire while collaborating with both seasoned specialists and interdisciplinary teams. Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Flexibility for occasional weekend shifts if desired
- No routine holiday or on-call requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid AK Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of general PT experience; 5+ years preferred
- Demonstrated competence in both home health and rehab settings
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-focused physical therapy in both home health and rehab environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Adapt care plans to patient needs using evidence-based practices
