Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience in acute or hospital inpatient settings strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Experience creating and adapting care plans tailored to individual patient needs

Schedule:

• Full-time contract position
• Day shifts, including some weekends as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, function, and quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adapt therapy strategies to maximize recovery
• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and safety precautions
• Document all services and patient responses accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain consistent communication with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
