- Active California OT License required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Schedule/Hours:
- Contract position with flexible assignment length
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and create personalized therapy plans
- Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders, focusing on improving function, independence, and quality of life for home health patients
- Educate patients and families on treatment techniques, safety measures, and adaptive strategies
- Document patient progress, adjust treatment as necessary, and coordinate follow-up care
- Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements
