Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and create personalized therapy plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders, focusing on improving function, independence, and quality of life for home health patients
• Educate patients and families on treatment techniques, safety measures, and adaptive strategies
