As a traveling Physical Therapist, youll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, learn from a range of clinical leadership styles, and contribute vital care to a varied patient population. Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment (details to be discussed upon interview)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions in an acute hospital setting
- Document patient progress and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health staff
- Educate patients and families to support long-term recovery and wellness
- Adapt to different workflows and hospital protocols with professionalism and flexibility
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Recent experience in an acute care, inpatient, or hospital-based therapy setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
