Schedule:

• Full-time, travel assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse caseload (minimum of 11 visits/day; 55/week)
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary care teams and contribute to patient-centered case management
• Conduct thorough evaluations including fall risk assessments and neuro/ortho assessments for a range of conditions such as ACL tears, vestibular issues, and total joint replacements
• Document care using NextGen EHR and comply with clinic and region productivity standards

Skills & Qualifications:

• Open to new graduates; 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
• Experience treating adults, geriatric, and adolescent patients
• Familiarity with a wide array of ortho and neuro conditions (see above)
• Strong case management and assessment skills
• Professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
