Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy to patients in a new clinic equipped with the latest tools and technology
Collaborate closely with a diverse team of experienced and newer clinicians to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize 1 hour of paid documentation time incorporated into the daily schedule to maintain thorough and accurate patient records
Maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere fostering professional growth and high-quality care

Schedule & Hours:
Monday through Friday
Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
36 guaranteed hours per week, typically closer to 40 hours
Includes a 1-hour lunch break

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system is a plus
