As a traveling Physical Therapist in Mount Sterling, you'll work primarily with outpatient caseloads across orthopedics, neurology, and patients ranging from ages 10 to 100. Embrace professional growth through collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams, exposure to diverse therapy approaches, and leadership in supervising and developing assistants. Schedule/Hours:

  • 36-40 hours/week, MondayFriday
  • Flexible scheduling: choose from 3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8-hour shifts
  • Evening hours required; no weekends, no holidays, no call

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat a diverse variety of outpatient cases, with occasional inpatient floating
  • Practice effective time management and contribute to overall clinic operations
  • Supervise and mentor assistants engaged in patient care
  • Deliver exceptional patient outcomes through high professional and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the Epic system

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outpatient therapy (orthopedic and neuro preferred)
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and collaborative approach
  • Strong clinical reasoning and documentation practices
  • Willingness to participate in professional development and continuous learning
