Schedule/Hours:

  • Day Shift
  • Rotating weekends

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) Texas licensure
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • Degree from an APTA-accredited program

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, evaluate, and provide patient-centered therapeutic interventions in accordance with PT discipline standards
  • Develop, monitor, and document individualized care plans using hospital EMR (MEDITECT)
  • Communicate and collaborate with a team of PTs, PTAs, and charge staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Maintain a patient caseload with a 1:12 ratio using standard hospital equipment
  • Adhere to facility policies and uphold professional standards in all interactions
