Schedule:
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM4:30 PM or 9:00 AM5:30 PM
- Rotating weekends required
Qualifications:
- Current PT license for Florida
- BLS certification required
- IRF or SNF experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to work independently
- Documentation experience with Meditech is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 physical therapy sessions in a 467-bed facility with a new 26-bed IRF
- Utilize a wide array of equipment, including treadmills, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS
- Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences and collaboratively develop plans of care
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation
- Wear light gray scrubs per department standards
