Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience providing therapy in a hospital or acute care setting
- Proficiency with evidence-based treatment techniques

Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct treatment sessions tailored to restore and improve patients physical, social, and mental functions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as a co-leader within the multidisciplinary care team
- Assess patient progress and modify therapy plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families about at-home exercises and continued care strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Contribute to department initiatives designed to optimize patient care and rehabilitation practices
