Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and administer therapeutic services as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Supervise and evaluate physical therapy assistants and home health aides assigned to your care.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers in therapy programs.
• Assess home environments and recommend modifications to support patient recovery.
• Participate in ongoing educational programs to maintain clinical competency.

Desired Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted state license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proficient with computer systems including email, electronic health records, and online training platforms.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits.
