Job Description

Step into a valued clinical role supporting patient rehabilitation and progress in an outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist with therapeutic interventions and exercises for individuals recovering from illness or injury. Your primary focus will be enhancing mobility, function, and quality of life while maintaining the highest level of care for each patient.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associates degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required
  • Valid PTA license in Georgia
  • Experience or strong interest in hospital-based outpatient rehab care
  • Comprehensive understanding of physical therapy modalities, exercises, and patient safety
  • Solid communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to document patient progress accurately and efficiently
  • Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards

Schedule:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement patient treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
