This role involves working as a Physical Therapy Assistant to support Physical Therapists in restoring and improving patients mobility, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Physical Therapists and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in physical therapy practices
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed under supervision
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients recovering from injury or illness
