Schedule
- MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm
(Facility closes early on Friday; make up extra hour during the week.)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough, independent assessments of patientsprimarily 1:1 care with 45-minute sessions.
- Develop individualized therapy plans, interpret data, and set measurable, attainable goals for each patient.
- Reassess patient progress according to policies, adapting care plans as needed.
- Select appropriate equipment and actively involve patients and families in therapy planning.
- Document care and communicate with physicians and other care providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; minimum Bachelors degree required.
- Current LPT License in Texas (or compact license) and AHA BLS certification.
- Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
