As a travel Physical Therapist, youll have the chance to broaden your expertise at two unique hospital locations, starting in Chelsea and transitioning to Revere in July. Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment beginning in Chelsea, relocating to Revere in July

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelors, Masters, or DPT, per licensure date)
  • Active Physical Therapist license
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hospital, rehab, or ambulatory setting
  • Experience with orthopedic physical therapy
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and case management skills
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and EMR systems

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and interpret physical therapy evaluations and test results
  • Develop and document individualized care plans and goals
  • Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive device instruction
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans to maximize benefit
  • Communicate treatment progress with patients and families
  • Supervise PTAs as per policy and regulations
  • Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives
