Schedule/Hours:
Mon Thurs, 7:30 AM 5:15 PM (4x10 hour shifts)
No weekends or on-call requiredfor an optimal work-life balance.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in physical therapy, specifically with outpatient and neuro patients
Valid BLS certification (AHA only)
Active Virginia PT license (please indicate current license status)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality outpatient rehab to diverse patient populations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on neuro and general rehab goals
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes
Document patient progress in EPIC EMR system
Uphold the facilitys dress code (black scrubs required)
