Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts and plans segments of individualized treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function
- Collaborates closely as a co-leader within interdisciplinary patient care groups
- Evaluates patient progress and adjusts therapy plans accordingly
- Documents patient responses and outcomes in accordance with hospital guidelines
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and health care professionals to optimize care pathways
- Maintains compliance with hospital and departmental safety and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and encourage patients
- Experience working within diverse, multidisciplinary care teams
- Adaptability and eagerness to practice in new environments
