Schedule/Hours:
- Shift: Days, 9:00 AM6:00 PM
- Required to float
- No call requirements

Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree from an accredited program
- Current Texas physical therapy licensure
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of PT experience, with at least 1 year in inpatient rehab
- Experience with EMR Medhost preferred
- Comfortable in any solid color scrubs
- Strong patient communication and educational skills
- Must meet distance requirements as a traveler
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for patients in a hospital setting
- Reduce pain and restore mobility, function, and independence using evidence-based modalities
- Educate patients and families in ongoing health management and prevention techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on treatment goals and patient progress
- Promote wellness and active living through tailored fitness and therapeutic programs
- Maintain thorough documentation using EMR systems
