Schedule:

• 810 hour shifts, schedule based on patient care needs.

What Youll Bring:

• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility in California
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients for rehabilitation programs
• Experience supervising PT Assistants and Aidesis a plus
• Solid knowledge of PT billing policy, DX and ICD-10 coding
• Capacity to lift 50 pounds and provide hands-on mobility assistance

Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement patient-centered therapy and rehabilitation plans
• Document evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries
• Oversee patient care quality, ensuring optimal outcomes
• Communicate with physicians, staff, and patients to coordinate care
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
• Participate in business marketing and referral practices as needed
