Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid New York State License or eligibility for licensure.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting.
  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
