Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Solid communication skills with both patients and team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs and physician recommendations
• Develop programs that address patients physical, social, and mental well-being
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, adapting plans as necessary
• Participate as a co-leader within interdisciplinary patient groups for holistic care planning
• Communicate regularly with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
• Educate patients and families about recovery, exercise techniques, and adaptive strategies
• Follow all regulatory, facility-specific, and professional guidelines
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives and quality standards
