Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy care to inpatients on medical/surgical and telemetry units, as well as patients in long-term care and home health settings
- Utilize comprehensive outpatient therapy skills to evaluate, treat, and plan patient care effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation consistent with facility and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous professional development and adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with active Nevada licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is required
- Strong knowledge of medical/surgical, telemetry, and long-term care physical therapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and healthcare teams
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient needs and environments
This is a contract role requiring agency registration with the state of Nevada, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates must be affiliated with agencies registered in Nevada to be considered.
