Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy care to inpatients on medical/surgical and telemetry units, as well as patients in long-term care and home health settings
• Utilize comprehensive outpatient therapy skills to evaluate, treat, and plan patient care effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation consistent with facility and regulatory standards
• Participate in continuous professional development and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with active Nevada licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is required
• Strong knowledge of medical/surgical, telemetry, and long-term care physical therapy practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient needs and environments

This is a contract role requiring agency registration with the state of Nevada, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates must be affiliated with agencies registered in Nevada to be considered.
