Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital environment
• Proficient in treating neurological and orthopedic diagnoses; wound care exposure a plus
• Comfortable working with both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Ability to act independently and make logical, evidence-based decisions

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive therapy in accordance with patients care plans
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians for holistic patient management
• Accurately document treatment and patient progress using EPIC EMR
• Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism
