Key Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapy license for Texas (TX)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the last 3 years in a hospital outpatient setting
- Proven pelvic health expertise; confident working independently in clinical care without additional mentorship
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
