Job Description
Provide expert physical therapy services focused on adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting. This travel opportunity based near Indianapolis, IN, offers a caseload averaging 10-14 patients per day and involves working with a broad spectrum of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Enjoy a business casual environment utilizing NextGen EHR with strong support in case management and clinical assessments such as fall risk evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based physical therapy interventions for conditions including ACL tears, rotator cuff repair, fractures, and postural dysfunction.
- Manage neurological cases such as cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, Parkinsons disease, and vestibular disorders.
- Treat cardiopulmonary patients with conditions like COPD.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to clinic productivity guidelines.
- Participate in patient education and rehabilitation planning.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience or comfort working across a variety of adult and adolescent patient populations
- Proficiency with NextGen EHR preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary therapy
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-14 patients daily
- New graduates are welcome with interest in potential permanent employment after contract completion
