Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in both acute and long-term care settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families regarding therapeutic interventions, exercise regimens, and ongoing care needs
- Adjust and adapt therapy techniques to fit patients evolving requirements and recovery goals
- Foster a supportive, positive experience for patients from diverse backgrounds
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in hospital-based therapy (acute and/or long-term care) preferred
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
