Job Description

Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in both acute and long-term care settings
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
  • Educate patients and families regarding therapeutic interventions, exercise regimens, and ongoing care needs
  • Adjust and adapt therapy techniques to fit patients evolving requirements and recovery goals
  • Foster a supportive, positive experience for patients from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in hospital-based therapy (acute and/or long-term care) preferred
  • Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
