This assignment offers an exceptional learning environment with day shifts, a dedicated team of approximately 40 professionals, and a patient-centered 1:1 care model. Schedule/Hours
- Day Shifts: 8:00 am 4:30 pm or 9:00 am 5:30 pm
- Rotating weekends
Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Active Florida PT license required
- BLS certification
- IRF or SNF experience preferred
- Previous travel experience ideal
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments; able to work independently
Responsibilities/Duties
- Deliver 1.5-hour individualized therapy treatment sessions
- Attend multidisciplinary team conferences
- Utilize advanced therapy equipment for patient rehabilitation
- Document care using the Meditech system
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
