Contribute your expertise as a Physical Therapist within a dynamic hospital-based therapy department. This role focuses on providing high-quality care in both inpatient and acute rehab settings, supporting a diverse patient population alongside a collaborative team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift role

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS certification required
• Demonstrated proficiency with Meditech and/or NetHealth (ReDoc) documentation systems is a plus
• Ability to evaluate and implement effective therapy plans
• Experienced in vestibular and lymphedema treatments preferred
• Previous experience in fast-paced rehab environments valued
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to positive team dynamics
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive patient evaluations and individualized treatment planning
• Delivering evidence-based therapy treatments to support rehabilitation goals
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate optimal patient care
• Documenting patient progress in line with facility protocols
• Participating in department meetings and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Upholding high standards in patient education and safety throughout therapy services
