Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting
- Active California Physical Therapy license (CA PT)
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions focused on rehabilitation and improved patient outcomes
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
