This role offers professional growth by exposing you to diverse workplace settings and various leadership styles within hospital therapy services. Youll work both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams, expanding your clinical skills and enhancing your resume with new patient populations and innovative treatment approaches.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours weekly with a productivity expectation of 27 points per week (if guarantee applies)
  • Weekend and additional territory coverage may be required

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Physical Therapist license
  • BLS certification
  • Current drivers license, auto insurance, and auto registration
  • Annual TB test, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual)
  • Drug screen and physical clearance

Experience in the Following is Desired:

  • Hospital-based therapy practice
  • Evaluations: OASIS Recertification, Start of Care, Routine, Discharge, and Re-assessments
  • Comfort with varying caseloads and travel between patient locations
  • Willingness to see both Covid+ and Covid PUI patients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled PT assessments and treatments in a hospital or home health setting across multiple Bay Area communities
  • Accurately complete documentation and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
  • Manage a flexible caseload while maintaining productivity standards
  • Provide exceptional patient-centered care and adapt to unique patient needs
