Schedule/Hours:
- 36-hour guarantee, meeting a productivity benchmark of at least 27 points per week depending on assignment requirements
- Weekend coverage may periodically be requested
- Must be open to occasional travel outside your assigned territory
Qualifications:
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification
- Valid drivers license, auto registration, and auto insurance
- Current TB test, MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (within 10 years), annual flu vaccination
- Drug screen and physical as required
- Willingness to serve Covid+ and PUI patients when necessary
- Excellent documentation, communication, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of physical therapy services in a hospital/home health setting
- Conduct evaluations, interventions, and discharge planning in accordance with physician orders
- Complete documentation, coordinate care, and communicate with patients and healthcare teams
- Travel between patient locations within your designated area and possibly to neighboring regions as needed
- Adhere to weekly productivity standards and scheduling guidelines
