Schedule/Hours:

  • Minimum 36-hour/week guarantee with assigned productivity points (if guarantee applicable)
  • Weekend coverage may be required
  • Occasional travel outside designated territory to maintain caseloads

Qualifications:

  • Active California Physical Therapist License
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid drivers license, car insurance, and auto registration
  • Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (within 10 years), Influenza (annual)
  • Recent drug screen and physical
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality therapy services in hospital and home health settings across assigned counties
  • Complete OASIS, evaluations, recertifications, discharges, and routine visits per established standards
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and coordinate care with patients, families, and providers
  • Adapt to varying caseloads and geographic assignments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide care to Covid+ or Covid PUI patients, as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.06 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
