Schedule/Hours:

  • 36-hour guarantee, meeting a productivity benchmark of at least 27 points per week depending on assignment requirements
  • Weekend coverage may periodically be requested
  • Must be open to occasional travel outside your assigned territory

Qualifications:

  • Active California Physical Therapist license
  • BLS certification
  • Valid drivers license, auto registration, and auto insurance
  • Current TB test, MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (within 10 years), annual flu vaccination
  • Drug screen and physical as required
  • Willingness to serve Covid+ and PUI patients when necessary
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of physical therapy services in a hospital/home health setting
  • Conduct evaluations, interventions, and discharge planning in accordance with physician orders
  • Complete documentation, coordinate care, and communicate with patients and healthcare teams
  • Travel between patient locations within your designated area and possibly to neighboring regions as needed
  • Adhere to weekly productivity standards and scheduling guidelines
