Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license
• Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environments
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• CPR/BLS certification (as required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore function, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness
• Educate patients and caregivers about strategies for maximizing independence
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with hospital protocols
• Communicate progress and coordinate care with referring physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor and report on patient outcomes and respond promptly to changes in condition
