Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy required; advanced degree (Masters/Doctorate) preferred
- Active, valid Physical Therapist license in the applicable state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and therapeutic procedures following physician orders
- Develop and document treatment plans with measurable goals
- Collaborate and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Provide education on therapy techniques and equipment
- Supervise assistant staff, mentor new team members, and participate in department initiatives
- Maintain compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and other regulatory standards
- Assist with cleanliness, infection control, and equipment maintenance

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.06 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
