Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Shifts start between 8:00 and 8:30 AM
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies
- Adhere to safety protocols and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in hospital-based outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
