Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active license as a Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule/Hours:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals for continuity of care
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches, and document outcomes in accordance with facility protocols
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, self-care strategies, and post-discharge therapy needs
- Adhere to regulatory standards and hospital policies to provide the highest safety and care levels
