Schedule/Hours:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals for continuity of care
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches, and document outcomes in accordance with facility protocols
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, self-care strategies, and post-discharge therapy needs
• Adhere to regulatory standards and hospital policies to provide the highest safety and care levels
