Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient rehab to support patient mobility and wellbeing at a reputable medical center in Hallsville, TX. This contract position focuses on delivering expert care and rehabilitation services during the day shift, requiring flexibility to float between departments without on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Texas state licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab experience
- At least 2 years of licensed PT experience
- Familiarity with EMR Medhost preferred
- Professional appearance with solid color scrubs
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to diagnose physical impairments and develop tailored therapy plans
- Apply treatment methods aimed at pain reduction, mobility restoration, and functional recovery
- Educate patients on managing their conditions and preventing future injuries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Float to assist various units as required during the day shift (9 AM 6 PM)
Additional Details:
- This position is contract-based with a day shift schedule
- No call requirements
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify
