Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, valid Physical Therapist licensure
• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong assessment and care planning abilities
• Comfortable supervising and delegating to PT Assistants and Aides
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and essential technology tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Compliance with OSHA requirements and facility safety protocols
• Able to meet the physical demands, including regular standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement goal-specific treatment regimes following patient evaluations
• Coordinate treatment schedules and collaborate closely with patients, families, caregivers, and clinical teams
• Educate clients and caregivers on conditions, prognosis, and home/exercise programs
• Supervise and guide PT Assistants, Aides, and students per regulatory standards
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in compliance with all policies and standards
• Recommend and facilitate acquisition of adaptive/supportive equipment
• Participate in program development, process improvement, and interdisciplinary team meetings
