Schedule:
- Day shift (5x8-hour shifts)
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- No weekend or on-call requirements
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license
- At least 2 years of hospital-based therapy experience
- Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Experience with neuro/ortho cases and wound care a plus
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is preferred
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered therapy for medical patients, primarily those with neurological or orthopedic needs
- Conduct thorough assessments, create and adjust care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary teams for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EPIC EMR
