Schedule:

  • Day shift (5x8-hour shifts)
  • 36 guaranteed hours weekly
  • No weekend or on-call requirements

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapist license
  • At least 2 years of hospital-based therapy experience
  • Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Experience with neuro/ortho cases and wound care a plus
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is preferred
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered therapy for medical patients, primarily those with neurological or orthopedic needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments, create and adjust care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary teams for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EPIC EMR
