Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services, focusing on adult and geriatric orthopedic rehabilitation
- Evaluate each patient, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress electronically
- Support post-surgical and sports injury recovery for conditions such as ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff injuries, and joint replacements
- Participate in interdisciplinary care teams and collaborate on complex cases
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license in Ohio
- Active CPR certification
- Experience with electronic documentation systems
- Background in orthopedic and/or sports rehab preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
