As a Physical Therapist in a hospital-based travel setting, youll gain valuable exposure to different workplace practices and leadership styles across several counties, broadening your expertise and deepening your impact. Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, 8am 5pm

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapist license required
  • Home Health experience necessary
  • HCHB experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to travel and cover Butler, Crenshaw, Lowndes, and Covington counties
  • Strong organizational, assessment, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on physician orders/referrals
  • Set measurable goals to increase patient independence and function
  • Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the care team, medical providers, patients, and families
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and integrate its use into therapy as appropriate
  • Maintain complete and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Supervise PT Assistants and Aides during direct patient care activities
  • Participate in staff development, required continuing education, and uphold company compliance standards
