As a Physical Therapist in this rural healthcare setting, youll broaden your expertise by serving a primarily outpatient caseload with occasional inpatient coverage. Working with a diverse patient populationspanning orthopedic, neurological, and age groups from youth to senioryoull enhance your clinical skills and further develop your leadership by supervising and mentoring therapy assistants. Youll also be immersed in various workplace practices and approaches to care, deepening your professional toolkit.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 36-40 hours per week, MondayFriday
  • Flexible schedule: choose between 3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8s
  • Clinic hours: 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
  • No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must reside at least 60 miles from Greenfield, OH
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Previous experience in hospital or outpatient therapy environments is highly desirable
  • Exceptional clinical, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care with a primary focus on outpatient services, with the occasional inpatient float assignment
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations (ages 10100)
  • Utilize Epic for documentation and maintain high standards for compliance and quality outcomes
  • Mentor and provide direction to therapy assistants
