Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible travel assignment

Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapy license
  • At least 1 year of PT experience (required); no new grads
  • Experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Familiarity with hospital-based therapy and case management
  • Strong skills in orthopedic post-operative care and fall risk assessment
  • Knowledge of NextGen EMR is a plus
  • Professional business casual attire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across 12-13 visits per day
  • Manage an active caseload of 25-30 patients
  • Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive therapy for a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimized patient outcomes
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and care plans efficiently
  • Adhere to all compliance and best practice guidelines
