Working in this setting, you'll encounter a broad patient baseadolescent through geriatricallowing you to sharpen clinical decision-making and develop new treatment strategies under varied leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, travel contract position
- High patient interaction: 12-13 visits per day
- Active caseload of 25-30
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in a hospital or clinical setting (new graduates not considered)
- Experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Proficiency in assessing and treating a range of orthopedic conditions such as post-op care, joint replacements, and various musculoskeletal injuries
- Comfort with business casual dress code
- Familiarity with electronic case management (NextGen preferred)
- Ability to conduct fall risk assessments
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement customized plans for a broad array of orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Perform frequent, effective patient visits and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and participate in regular case conferences
