Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, travel contract position
• High patient interaction: 12-13 visits per day
• Active caseload of 25-30

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in a hospital or clinical setting (new graduates not considered)
• Experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Proficiency in assessing and treating a range of orthopedic conditions such as post-op care, joint replacements, and various musculoskeletal injuries
• Comfort with business casual dress code
• Familiarity with electronic case management (NextGen preferred)
• Ability to conduct fall risk assessments

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement customized plans for a broad array of orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Perform frequent, effective patient visits and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and participate in regular case conferences
