Schedule/Hours:
- Day shift: 9:00 AM6:00 PM
- Required to float as needed
- No call requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas state licensure as a PT
- Valid BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab experience
- At least 2 years total professional PT experience
- Familiarity with EMR MEDHOST (preferred)
- Ability to work in any solid color scrubs
- All submissions must include permanent home address and SSN
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evidence-based evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Promote and restore patient functional mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and aftercare
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy
- Float within the hospital settings as needed
