Provide expert physical therapy care in a dynamic hospital environment focused on inpatient rehabilitation. This role requires a Doctorate degree from an accredited program and a current Texas PT license. Utilize your skills to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore function in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to restore and enhance patient mobility
- Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to reduce pain and prevent disability
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery and wellness
- Document patient progress thoroughly, preferably using EMR Medhost system
- Provide patient education on condition management and prevention strategies
- Flexibly float within the hospital as needed; no on-call requirements
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current active Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist; at least 1 year in inpatient rehab settings
- Prior experience with EMR Medhost preferred
- Ability to wear solid color scrubs as part of professional attire
- Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify
- Submissions must include permanent home address and Social Security number for verification
Schedule:
- Day shift, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
